The shorter size (75mm/125mm) is recommended for those with a wrist size under 7" (18cm). The longer version (80mm/130mm) is the standard size for many of the Seiko dive straps. It tapers to the buckle by 2mm (e.g. 22mm waffle tapers to 20mm).
