Refund policy

Returns


Returns will be accepted up to 30 days from date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Watches/bracelets must not have been adjusted or plastic removed. No exceptions.

To begin the return or exchange process please email us at hello@russelljewellers.com indicating your order number and reason for your request. DO NOT return anything prior to receiving an authorization email from us. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. 


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 5 business of days. Any additional shipping charges are not refunded. 

Certain Sale or Clearance items maybe FINAL SALE. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@russelljewellers.com. We will reply to work out the details. Upon authorization, return your item to: Russell Jewellers Inc., #220 - 7997 Westminster HWY, Richmond BC V6X1A4, Canada.

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Russell Jewellers Inc., #220 - 7997 Westminster HWY, Richmond BC V6X1A4, Canada

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We will not be responsible for damaged or lost packages.
