ORDERS RECEIVED BEFORE 7:30pm EST/4:30pm PST SHIP SAME DAY. (Mon-Fri except holidays). 

 

Unless otherwise indicated, products shown on russelljewellers.com are in stock and ready to ship. All shipments include tracking. 

Orders over $150 within Canada ship FREE. Flat $12 for all orders below $150.

Due to the current policy fluctuations we are unable to ship products to the USA. We apologize for the inconvenience. 

Other international destinations will vary or may be unavailable. Options are provided at the check-out stage. We commit to shipping quickly. We cannot control the shipping process once we have shipped your package. This means pandemic or customs delays are not our responsibility. Orders shipped to addresses outside of Canada may incur additional taxes, duties or other fees charged by the shipper and is beyond our control. We recommend shoppers investigate the potential for additional costs before making a purchase. 

We will not be able to ship any Seiko products to addresses outside of Canada. No exceptions.
