The OW C-1000 S is the product of modern Swiss watchmaking. It is powered by the robust modified ETA 2824-2 OW5, which is equipped with an Ollech & Wajs Zurich 1956 engraved main plate and OW machined rotor. The movement is housed in a 39.56mm, 316L stainless-steel, and 1000m water resistant case, which is stamped, machined, and brushed in Jura, Switzerland. The OW C-1000 S is also equipped with a reinforced back case, an extra strong domed sapphire crystal, a special quadruple gaskets screw down crown, and the Ollech & Wajs stainless steel beads of rice bracelet. The watch has a stainless-steel rotating bezel with a mineral insert to measure dive times, and Super-LumiNova® covered indexes and hands for extra readability when diving at great depths.

The bracelet of the OW C-1000 S was inspired by those found on past Ollech & Wajs models of the 1960's, including the Caribbean 1000. Its links are individually machined in a solid block of 316L stainless steel, before being carefully brushed, assembled and screwed by hand. This process prevents from the usual stretching common among pressed steel bracelets. It ensures both longevity to the bracelet and comfort to the wearer. The bracelet's double lock deployant clasp prevents any accidental opening while remaining easy to handle for divers.
